The Scottish Housing News blog recently reported on the level of unclaimed private rented tenancy deposits in Scotland including over £42,000 in the Dundee region.
SafeDeposits Scotland found that 2,309 private tenants in Scotland hadn’t yet claimed back their deposits worth £537,427.
